Thanks for the advice on what I'll need for showing.

So I'm off to Frogpool this afternoon to get a nice showing bridle. Decided to keep the barnsby (with flash) for jumping/dressage and get a cheaper bridle for showing that I can use a pelham or snaffle with.

Any last minute recommendations? Need a hunter bridle but don't want a massively thick nose band as he's a TB type. Has to be black as well as my saddle is black.

I actually have a Kincade bridle and I know they are cheap but well oiled it looks (after a year of daily use) as good as my other (expensive) English bridle. the other advantage is that you can buy other types of nosebands separately if you ever need to change it.

For good value English - I have always found Dever to be excellent quality
