Bridle does look awful doesn't it!! I am usually not fussy about tack (as long as it is well fitting) but what a distracting, Tip-Ex bridle to put on a horse for a sales photo (crappy photo anyway)!

Difficult to tell much about the horse from that advert, but could be really nice.

looks like a nice sort but echo the hideous bridle comment! Feet do look upright and maybe a little turned in at the toe but that could well be the picture/farrier rather than the horse..

I can't believe the bridle either

Thanks for your comments, I'm hoping my 2nd horse search may be coming to an end soon

Oh god that bridle is horrendous it really does distract from the horse. I would say definitely worth a try

Yep awful bridle! Horse looks nice enough - photo does not do him any justice at all though! I would have a good look at the feet but I feel if they are the same size and in line with the front leg conformation it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

He looks nice. As for the feet well he isn't standing square so very likely its just the way he is standing. God if you looked at the way my lad stands sometimes you would touch him with a bargpole, however if you make him stand square he looks fine its just him being lazy and not bothering where his feet are.

Warmbloods typically have boxy feet

Mik that horse looks nice but I really don't like his front feet!!!

He looks to have upright pasterns with a boxy foot so make sure you are happy with front limb conformation and movement. Would say the photo is not doing him any favours and you can never really tell until you see them.

He's only 40 miles from me, so hopefully not a wasted journey, I will have a good look at those legs and feet and take more photo's and a vid. Hopefully my YO/friend/instructor is going to come with me

Have fun trying him anyway! good luck! Thanks for the opinion, it's really hard to find anything here, unless you want an andalucian.
