What is the next step? would ultrasound be of any use? Is he lame on the leg at all?

Im still awaiting x - rays so that will be even more money!

Hopefully the x ray will point out what is needed to carry on.

I sympathize, although in my case its thankfully not my money!

I took a pony to the vets yesterday for a full lameness work up including x-rays. Got the phone call at 3.00pm, and what was the diagnosis?.....

...."hmmm, yes, well, its a bit of a mystery, isn't it?"

Yes i know that, that would be why she was lame & not bearing weight on the leg?????
