How much - your views for the following please guys.

16.3 warmblood gelding, AES Registered, 11 yrs, pn evented and placed however showjumping in competition is not really suitable for him but he will jump anything in a training situation and loves xc, jumped 1.30 at home, would affiliate dressage novice level at the moment and has amazing paces loves hunting and I feel this is where his heart is, good to hack, clip, load, dentist etc. Lovely paces, big flashy moving horse but does need a knowledgable rider to hold him together to bring out his best for dressage. Loving temperament and gorgeous looking. Happy to live in or out, suitable to be ridden by male or female.

Think I have covered most things, thanks

If he is a good, well mannered hunter and up to weight to go with his height - £10k!

If he needs to be sold as a hunter then 2.5 - 3k - sorry!

Don't agree - if a horse is being sold as a hunter it does not devalue them. Good or exceptional hunters will fetch as much as your novice eventer - so we're talking 5 figures.

So to be clear, my guestimate was based on other factors.

AmyMay - why do you say £2.5k? It's not a criticism at all but when I read the OP's description I thought definitely more than that! I

'm rubbish at this though but trying to get better so it would really help to know how you arrived at that figure? Thanks
