Had a refund off them within a couple of days when something was out of stock

I rang on the tuesday and it was in my account on the thursday morning, I was quite surprised as my bank is usually pretty slow about these things

Mine was pretty quick. I had an email from them, checked my bank account and there it was.

i've always found Joules good in giving refunds or changing items. They usually take a couple of weeks.

quick question.

Isn't it illegal to take money from your account for a period of time, when the good you ordered aren't available?

surely Joules holding money for 1 month benefits them as they get interest on that?

M_M I have no idea sorry, apparently they had no idea there was a problem so if I hadn't emailed them then they would have just kept the money.
