Opinions are like bum holes, everyone has one.
They rarely ballot from 2DE and in all reality I think the entries for this competition will die with the change in qualification rules.
PN3DE they also make every effort to accomodate you.
The rules for CCI * are very fair and if you are not on an advanced horse or you have not been to one within 2 months then it is very likely you will get a run.

Lec - I hadnt thought of the implications for 2DEs now that a one star no longer requires an intermediate qualifying result, but indeed I guess they will now probably become redundant now, as you say.
