SORRY GUYS!

14.1hh Cob, Bay, 9yo. V stocky type.
100% to everything (shoe, box, catch)
hacks out well but can be strong, company or alone.
schooled but would benefit from more.
Jumps XC fab but needs SJ work.
Fast little pony- loves a gallop.
Ridden in a snaffle.
Horse is VERY unfit, not been worked properly for a few years although never been sick or sorry and can be jumped on and will plod along after a months of not being ridden.
Will come with tack.

Same home past 4 years, owner has completely lost interest!!

Thankies!!

Anyone? She wants to advertise for 2k but i think thats a tad expensive as the horse has basically sat in the field doing 'not a lot' for the past 2 years.

Is this the friend who never comes to see her horse?

I would say about £1500 - £2000, sounds like a lovely pony when fit...

if the neddy was fit/or in work then id say aroun £2-2.5k but as it hasn't been worked in a while id say no more than £1.5k

but at the end of the day horses are only ever going to be worth what people are willing to pay for them .

xxx

ahh right my freind is actually looking for something quiet. but we are in sunderland might be slightly far away lol! i would say about £1200

Sounds like could be a good pony in the right home, obviously got a nice temperament.I'd agree with about £1200 if I was to buy,but they would probably find somebody who would pay more, don't they always

shame its so far away would of liked to snap that up myself.

if fit could expect 2.5k at most if coming with tack rugs

unfit and unschooled 1k- 1.5k most and i personally wouldnt pay anything over a grand for an unfit horse.

I also wish you were closer, the sooner she finds a good home the better!! Shes put her up for £1800 ono and is looking for around the £1500 mark?

Needless to say shes not willing to pay to advertise her so shes only on free advertisment webistes..

Agree with the £1000 / £1200 price range. I wouldn't pay more for a horse that you can't properly try out. Does sound nice though. I'd also buy him if I were nearer. I'm looking for a bit of a plod to nanny my youngster out on hacks.

LOL, I jureplied to the other post, am glad it sounds like she has decided to sell!
Agree with others, no more thn 1k, tbh, for an unfit cob that done nowt and needs schooling. Sounds like a lovely pony for a caring owner (deserves one after this girl!)

Perhaps i should suggest a lower price then?
She finally got her advertised but shes got to actually sell her yet

Im unsure if she WANTS to sell her or whether its just another 'phase' tbh.

Im tempted to pay the £8 and put her in adtrader myself, it'll reach a more expanse of people.

Yeah, I see what you mean, she may say she wants to sell but until the horse is actually in the box and being driven away you won't believe it!
Something is only worth what somebody will pay for it, including horses. Maybe suggest looking at the price of similar animals and getting a better idea of price. Or put it up for, say, £1500 ONO so there's a bit of leeway for a buyer to negotiate.
