Has anyone ever used them for fitting saddles? I have a horse very difficult to fit and was thinking of getting them out to see if they can help but dont know how good they are!

old thread but, I bought a 2nd hand SOS GP saddle which is great, really really comfortable however have no experience of using them to fit a bespoke saddle. My boy is a 15.1hh section D, pretty typical conformation so no special requirements saddle wise. No complaints from me

I know this is a really old post but trying to find a saddle fitter and need recommendations- do you mind letting me know why?

Have a look at Andrea Hicks saddles they are for the wider fitting horse and they have saddle fitters specially trained to fit them. I am sure there will be a fitter who covers your area. I have one of these saddles for my mare who is WB x ISH and I am over the moon with this saddle.
