SOS tracker experience

Hi, I'm looking at getting a Back 2 You tracker or a Ridersmate, both with GPS, SOS and fall alert. (There is no phone signal for the 10 mile radius I ride in). Does anyone have any experience with these?

My Apple Smart Watch has a fall function built in...

Edited to say I haven't fallen off yet so no idea if it works, or what it does other than alert people!
