Anyone used them, i have just downloaded the Basic Warmup one for my session in the school this afternoon, i find i lack a bit of motivation sometimes and thought this may help.

I have used the basic warm up one and found it really good. My mare went really well.
I have since tried to ride remembering little things the schooling session said, reminding myself about sitting up, flexing before bending etc. But didn't manage to get her going as well.
Think its time to listen to it again
I found it really helpful, but I'm only riding at prelim level, not sure how much help it would be for more advanced horses and riders.

I've used a few of them, find they're usefull if your in a bit of a 'bimbling' mood and can't decide what to do as they give a bit of structure to your schooling session.

Wasn't sure I could post the link, have just used it this afternoon, was very good, reminding me about lots of things (kinda like an instructor there)!
Am only bumbling round ATM & not even at Prelim level so this was great for me!
Need to have a look at the schooling sessions now & choose one at my level!
