South Bucks Riding club

Hello!

I just have a question about south bucks riding club, or any other riding clubs!

By becoming a member, do they just allow you to compete in events that they organise? I'm not sure what to do as I am unable to join the Pony Club (my horse is unsuitable for all events, and I have limited time) however I have noticed a lot of hunter trial kind of events (which is what I focus on) are specific to a riding or pony club and there isn't that many open ones. So would joining a riding club allow me to enter all of their events without going to meets?

I am so sorry if this is a stupid question.

A lot of events are open to non members as well. South Oxon pony club have an Eventers challenge in Sept

I think most if not all SBRC events are open to non members, just costs a little more. Team events you'd need to be a member but for clinics and shows it's pretty open from what I remember.
