South Notts social rides

Hi ,

I was wondering if anyone was going or has any experience of the South notts social rides?

I like the idea of having a go at working towards hunting with my new cob and wondered if these might be a good starting point ?

I don't know about South Notts, but Blankney Hunt are having a summer ride on sunday 15 July at Blankney estate at 10am. Blankney is north of Sleaford, Lincs

Don't know about the South Notts but the Grove and Rufford, next country to SNH, have amble rides every year. This week was our fourth, I think there are eleven or twelve in total. Every tuesday at 6.30pm with bbq afterwards, they're great for introducing a new horse into a riding in a big group - on a good night they're are 30/40 riders, sometimes just a dozen. The 15th is a shame, there are quite a fe things I like the look of happening on that date
