I live on the muckheap, NW of Swansea along with Box_of_Frogs and Charliesmum. Express_75 is local, so is Sarah&Murphy and Enfys used to live here too.
 
I was hioing you lot may be able ti find me a new yard but your all too far away! lol.

Amymay are your in Pentrych?

Im sure ive seen a big grey hacking through there and thought of you.

I'm from Bedwas, just outside Caerphilly, originally so not a local girl really, only been here for about 6 years. Love the area though, my hubby's a local boy
 
I wasn't born there, either. I'm from Pembrokeshire. Well I was born in Stafford but grew up in Pembs. Moved to Llantwit Fardre when I was 15ish and left for England when I was 18ish. I didn't know many people in the villages anyway because I was sent to school where my mum teaches - Coedylan - which is out of the catchment!

AmyMay im currently in Peterston Super Ely and have driven around pentych but not been able to find where the yard is that all the horses come from? (Theres also a man on a big bay that i see alot?)

I was going to ask the same thing (and to muffiniono), used to ride a horse that was kept at the Ponderosa (in fact had a pony there for a while when I was a kid), learnt to ride at Rockwood 30 years ago or thereabouts.

Love the riding around Caerphilly- anyone do the Pentyrch hunt fun ride from the black cock in July? I fell off and broke my finger on that one
