Anyone been to one of there sales. I contacted them today to ask if there was a catologue on line and was told by an abrupt person that the sale had been cancelled due to "bad weather". I know for a fact the venue would be absolutely fine!

If we could not cope with a bit of wind and rain we wouldnt reside in England and have horses.

I was only interested in going as thought may use them next year if I needed to sell something and be nosey in case of a bargain to buy this time.

They are awful....load of low end nags and pikey horses, lorry loads that obviously hadn't had a proper feed or rest since coming off the boat from Ireland, several had nasty injuries, one was very lame.....prices were crap little sold - all the dealing was going on in the car park, Felt for one woman in tears at selling the family freind for whatever reason, for less than £200 nice pony was the only one I would have bought - the tack aution wasn'r bad though.

Thanks for all these views - dont think I will bother when they decide the weather is better. Probably explains they needed to cancel cause of the weather as poor horses do indeed look even worse when wet.

Could do without ending up buying a charity case.
