does anyone have a contact for small bale hay in the South West - I am near Okehampton and have a huge load of this years hay arriving sometime ( guess it has to be cut first and with this weather who knows) but am now desperate for some 2006 hay for my liveries. Would prefer not to go onto haylage if I can avoid it and have exhausted my suppliers. I need about 100 bales to last me through the summer

no i haven't heard of him, if you could get me his number that would be brilliant. I am now being quoted £3.50 a bale for last years hay and there is definitely a total lack of it anywhere around down here.

try Jethros, they sell small bale hay for £2.50 each. I know someone that uses them, and loves it. They deliver too.

not sure what their number is but sure its in the phone book.
