Ok so i have my horse advertised and received this email today.
Now the spelling isnt that awful but to me it just isnt ringing true....
Im thinking i probably wont email back - the price is on the advert as are pictures so why ask again?
Your thoughts?

Hello Mate,

I came across your ads and am so much intrested in buying it, so if it
still available, i would want you to get back to me with the asking
price, condition and why did you want to sell it and also get to me with at list
two pic.

Concerning the payment, i would be paying you with a banker's draft and also i
will
wait until the banker's draft clears before i can have it with me, so i hope you
understand me? so i await to hear from you soon.

Thanks alot and speak soon.

Kind Regards.

It concerns me that they use 'it' throughout the email like it was a desk/chair for sale

I also had this e-mail 2yrs ago when I advertised one of my dressage horses - its definately a scam. I asked them for the bankers draft 1 month before shipping the horse to see their response, guess what? I didnt hear from them again!

Yeah I had a string of these when I sold my car, even 18 months on they occasionally turn up. They tend to have a totally made-up name like Mr David Tom or whatever, and say stupid things like they'll pay for shipping (Newcastle to Glasgow???). Or asking for pics when they are on the ad already as you've found.

I spam them right back as Kallibear says, one or two blank or sarcastic replies usually puts a stop to them. I have a feeling a lot of these people could be traced back to Nigeria...

Steer well clear!
