Do not ever, under any circumstance attempt to tidy your sock drawer whilst your spangle is awake. Have just tried to perform the afore mentioned task and Chloe came to investigate. I can promise you one thing, your sock drawer will be in an even bigger mess, as in strewn all over the top floor of your house and you will be in tears, either of hysteria or frustration depending on your take on the situation. I have now closed the door to the dressing room and come back downstairs for a cup of tea and a digestive. That is all!

LOL love it
another do not ever....
let you husband give his dog an old pair of rolled up socks thinking its a good alternative to a soft toy - or the OP happens even more regularily lol!!

Mmmm - good advice there MyBoyChe!
Can I add that attempting to empty the washing machine of underwear should carry the same warning as should loading the washing machine and hanging out washing! (What is it about spangles and socks - they're obsessed by them??:p)

:confused:Dunno, but Bear will sit under the whirligig washing line and wait for me to drop socks or pegs and Brig will very carefully pick out a particular sock from the basket and wander off into the house with it!

Ah CC, helping is it! In that case I shall positively encourage her, along with her other funny little habits which include helping herself to clothes from the laundry basket, stealing socks left in welly boots and putting her nose into my pockets and pulling out anything she can find :) Maybe if I start her training now she will be a terrific assistance dog as I get older and more creaky!

It seems I also require spangle assistance when it comes to pants and socks.

No sock is safe in our house! I regularly retrieve socks from the back door step where they have been poked through the cat flap as a present for some passing neighbour!
