I have no idea his name, but it does have a number of different translations, wheat coloured, olive skinned and flaxen. Wonder if he was a more golden colour at birth or perhaps his mane was more flaxen at birth?
His mother was called Espiga, which I believe is an ear of corn, so perhaps related to that?
His colour seems to change every day - it is a beautiful colour!!
Espiga is an ear of grain in general, so it would make sense that your boy is the wheat that comes from the ear
