I bought some tickets from ticketmaster to see the Spanish Riding School which have come through the post.

Today I got an email from ticketmaster saying that there was a printing error on the ticket and that I need to send them back so they can reissue them.

Has anyone else got this email ? Is it legit ?! Last thing I want to do is send them back and it to be a scam and loose them !!
 
Check your ticket carefully and see if you can see any error. If not, ring them and ask what the error is. I would have thought they would send new tickets and ask you to shred/destroy the old ones.

Don't send them back until you are sure.
 
I wouldnt do it! i bought tickets for the wanted off ticket master and they wernt on the premier list of tickets! we only got in as we took proof of payment and that they were ours! i would not trust ticket master! x

I would call the website number and ask.
I got mine months ago ;)

Does anyone know a good way of getting there???
Im trying to get there from Oxford - but £20 parking is a bit steep!!!

They said in the email that a barcode had not been printed on the ticket that is why they want me to reurn them. I have looked at the tickets and they do not have a barcode on them.

I am now on hold to ticketmaster to find out if its true or not.............

Happy Hunter - we are driving there. The £20 gives you parking for the whole day so we are going to make the most of it and get a tube into centre of London and do so touristy things!

Drive to Harrow-on-the-Hill and get the tube to Wembley. Parking will be cheap at Harrow.

And I'm seriously green with envy that you are all going and I'm too far away.
 
I have had the email and also a voicemail to my mobile saying the tickets are invalid. I have sent Ticketmaster two strong emails and had nothing in reply. There is nothing on the website although there is a similar notification for Red Hot Chilli peppers.

Please let me know if you get somewhere. If it is genuine it is not a good service and I will not be using ticketmaster again. These are tickets for my sisters birthdayy and I really dont want to see her disappointed.

You will have to park in the shopping centre car park at Harrow though as the station car park is season ticket only.

Park anywhere on met line or jubilee line, cheaper than wembley parking and whilst you will have to battle the crowds to the station, most will be getting tubes into London not going North.

I managed to get through and they confirmed that it was a legit email and that I do need to send tickets back. I will defo be photocopying the tickets etc before sending them back though!!
