I bought a yearling 6 months ago who had straight legs/feet, one hoof now is started to spay out, would a trim correct this, or can their feet change?

Their feet will develop as the rest of their body - however, could be a definite idea to see what your farrier thinks (and/or your Vet) as they're the experts and will know if is "normal" or not. :)

Feet should be pairs. They change, but they should be a pair of fronts and a pair of backs. Consult a foot specialist and/or vet quickly, at that age the differently shaped foot is causing open bone plates higher in the leg to grow more quickly on one side than the other and you could end up with a bent leg. It may be that you already have this problem and the odd foot is the response to it.

All feet should be regularly trimmed every 6-8 weeks regardless of age, starting at about 3 weeks old. If you haven't been doing this, remedy it fast.
