Spindleberry Equestrian online?

Hi there, anyone have any experience of ordering from Spindleberry Equestrian online? They are based in Norfolk and have some Mark Todd boots I've been trying to track down for ages as they are no longer in production.

Sorry I have just seen this. I have unfortunately had dealings with this 'business' and I would strongly recommend against having anything to do with them. Be warned!

Thanks for the info...I stupidly ordered from them...no replies, acknowledgements of order etc. Won't rtn phone calls. £200 order as well...not happy. Luckily I paid via PayPal so am trying to get a refund that way. Knew it should have been too good to be true as I've been trying to find some boots for ages, and lo and behold they claimed to have them in stock!

Can safely say I will be avoiding with a barge pole in future

It can take up to 45 days with PayPal and only IF they decide to find in my favour. How long have you been waiting for your refund from them GG?

I'm so annoyed with myself, even though I searched online for reviews and couldn't find anything negative about them. Daylight robbery or fraud if you ask me. Ugh hateful.

Surely under the circumstances Paypal cannot fail to find in your favour! Will PM you re my own situation

Here's a link to their (ex?) eBay shop's feedback which shows it's not just one or two isolated incidents. Hopefully this thread will help others who may be considering buying from this 'business'
