What I cannot understand is that the whole family were this depraved, surely one of them should have had some modicum of decency about them - clearly not though. I agree the punishment is too lenient for the suffering they have caused.

i seem to remember there were persons who seem to think the RSPCA were making it up. extremely convincing lies if you ask me.

I couldn't look at the pictures but I could visualize the family all being taken into town just like in the 1900s wild west , each on the end of a rope behind a horse... now that would be justice,

also wonder where the hunt sab/ animal rights mupets are when there is a real welfare problem..

Sorry to bang on, but please everyone be careful what you say, live court case and all that.

Thats right - I understand one of the grounds of Steve Wrights appeal is thayt he had an unfair trial due to media interest (the man who was convicted of killing prostututes in Ipswich last year).

The TV footage last night showed good pictures of them all (apart from the kid). I dont suppose life will be 'easy' for them in the future (one hopes!)

I think maybe the difference here is that the judge himself released those images, not a "friend" or "contact" of the press. I can't imagine no one commenting on them until the trial is over.

Well it certainly throws all the speculation into a completely different light now! Horrific pictures, but am glad they have been released to people can make their own minds up!

As I have stated on another thread, I have been following the spindles farm case with intense interest. And I suggest all who can be availble to sit in the hearing at Bicester should do.

I am choosing not to look at any pictures or videos as it will be too disturbing but I'm glad the evidence is there for those who wish to see it. Am keeping everything crossed justice will be done.

Its due to end in March i think..oh I will be there.Only 45 minutes away from me ! Myjack is lurking in the back ground i think ...has not been posting since May...

Adult or not i do believe it is still dead.

Agreed - the caption may be wrong.

Not getting into whether it is emaciated or not - thats for the courts to decide.

It is dead though, so the question is why? - and it died on Spindles Farm and is numbered so IS evidence in the RSPCAs case.

The caption is most definitely wrong.

It's not for the courts to decide if it is emaciated or not. Thats for the veterinary experts.

Yes why is it dead is the question and emaciation does not look like the cause from what I can see.
