Spindles Farm Article

The one thing that does seem clear is he did not dispose of the bodies. Is this in breach of EU regulations? I know that horses are not agricultural animals in this country and therefore the rules are a bit hazy as they are considered pets. Does anyone know the facts about disposal in terms of dealers?

Sorry but the poor thing is STILL DEAD, imho it matters not that it is not an adult, nor that it does not look emaciated, it has obviously been left to die in mud, just like all the other bodies. Also please do not deny that some of the poor creatures in the footage look very very very poor. And why oh why is there a pile of skulls? What would possess a person to keep those?
 
I dare say the captions have been produced by the press, not the RSPCA, and are therefore pretty much irrelevant. Joe Public won't care whether it's an adult or not, or what it died of. It's been published to shock people.

Let's leave it to the experts involved, and the courts, to decide what happened.

The body bloats with trapped gases from the decomposition that starts in the gut. This would make the body look better nourished than it actually is.

If a contingent are going at any point, can someone let me know and I will try to be there please

hearer comes across as far better educated than myjack....
 
Horrible, horrible case of cruelty. He deserves to be imprisoned for life.

The video posted on H&H was disgusting and I think it i awful how something so terrible happend.
