Has anyone ordered from here recently?
I ordered some Christmas gifts last week. Payment taken, no order confirmation.
Bit worried they aren’t going to arrive, so emailed, 3 days later still no reply.
not answering phone/Facebook messages. (There was option to leave voicemail so I did)

their Facebook hasn’t been updated in donks, have they gone bump?!!

Go to “posts” then “visitor posts” on their FB page, seems to be a few similar complaints. Might be worth checking with some of those posters to see if their issues were resolved?

Hadn’t seen them. It’s not looking good then is it. Not happy about that at all.

How did you pay? If with PayPal they should be able to help you with a claim. If with credit/debit card your bank may be able to put a charge back on? (Although this might only be with credit cards)

credit card - already starting a charge back after seeing those abysmal comments. I didn’t know you could see visitor posts. Not very Facebook savvy

They’ve done it differently to other companies. Usually a business page will have a “reviews/recommendations” tab but they don’t seem to have one which is abit sneaky. Hopefully you get it sorted
