splints please help

can we get rid of splints i have a 3yr old warblood x id and has developed 2 splints on inside of both front legs not visible only can ffeeel them is there any way we can get rid of them or are they there for good, thnks x x x x x picutre below x x x

They don't usually cause a problem when they are formed and if you can't even see them I'd leave them alone.

Are you sure they are splints?
 
They are often re-absorbed so best to leave well alone and given time they could reduce or go completely. My boy threw one last year after kicking himself when spooking in a dressage test, that has gone completely.
 
I'd leave well alone too. If u are starting to back him or if he's already being ridden/worked I'd cut his work right down for a while. They often reduce or go completely
 
If i were you i would leave them alone, especially as they aren't visable. One of my youngsters developed a couple as a weanling and now as a 3 year old you can barely see or feel them.
