Is it a full livery yard, with crap staff, or a DIY yard with lazy liveries?
Are there any rules regarding upkeep of fields, tidying up after yourself, or sweeping up any mess you make? If there aren't, maybe think twice about moving there.
I had to clear out the last horses' mess out of my stable and poo pick my field when I moved but I didn't mind because I'd hardly expect them to leave it tidy when they had been thrown off the yard - the YO repairs fencing etc as and when it gets broken so it was a case of clean up and look after my bit, which I was happy to do.

Perosnally I'd stay where I was if I was you. It doesn't sound that nice to me. Have you met any of the other liveries? What are they like? Do you think you would fit in or stick out like a sore thumb. I rent a field and stables on my own too and I have to say it would have o be dire circumstances to make me go back to a livery yard now.
