In my experience you are more likely to get sponsorship from an unrelated company... Everybody approaches the horsey companies and they get very selective. Try something different and you are more likely to be lucky. We got a bug key manufacturer to sponsor our racing team (motorbikes, not horses) some years ago. Just make your case and let them know what benefit they would get from sponsoring you ... Exposure in the press, name on your lorry etc
