As far as I'm aware, there currently aren't any openly advertising...
What you could do is draft up really strong applications, as they all ask the same things really, so when there are opportunities you're ready to go. The stuff they as is current horses, current levels, goals for the next year/overall goals, what you can offer, and how you engage with the general public via social media/ websites.
