Spooking at traffic

She's been out 24/7 for the last couple month

How many other horses/ponies is she turned out with?

Yeah before she was fine in traffic but then I couldnt take her out on the roads as she would buck and rear just going up the lane so it would of been abit dangerous going on the road and now she just really spooky

Sounds like it's a young fresh horse I would lunge for 10 minutes before you ride see of that helps, mine is 18 and spooks but his much worse if his fresh it's just what some do

I find if a horse has had limited or no turnout it can take an awful long time for them to really chill back down, hopefully she will just calm down eventually.

ETA: Sorry - brain not engaged. I forgot she's been turned out 24/7. There is adequate grass?

There is grass but not a lot at the minute from all the dry weather we had although it has started to come through again now.
She does also have access to hay when she comes in
