Hi All

I have just been having a browse on the online sporthorse database and just out of curiosity added my horse in, what I found was so interesting! We were able to trace his ancestry through hundreds of years, and even traced him back to the racehorse Eclipse! I was just wondering if anyone else has ever done this? Did you find anything interesting? If you haven't tried it I recommend it!! :)

just put one of mine in for fun, and just looking at one or two lines theres lots of Eclipse in there and Birdcatcher, St Simon, oh Bend Or is there! Not really well up on TB bloodlines so no idea who else is notable and who isn't, and lots of foreign ones I've no clue about :D

Looks like our two are distant relitives then! I think they say that every horse with thoroughbred in them has got Eclipse somewhere in their breeding, so interesting!

Oh yes, look, one of my RIDs, shes got Eclipse and Godolphin Arabian in there, lol
