Has anyone come up against this, need to change this but none of the old owners (from a decade back) have been registered so cannot complete the forms which require old owner signature.
TIA

You shouldn't need a signature from previous owner.

I would ring the issuing agency and explain, I have just changed ownership on a passport with no signature.

Don't start me on what an utter waste of time passports are :)

I think you do need the signature but not sure. I am pretty sure that society (same one my horse is with) wants the signature as they sent my passport to his old owner to get the documents signed as the dealer didn't.

Speak to whoever issued the passport - I'm having a similar issue with my welshy - only person who has signed is the breeder who is now deceased. WPCS will update ownership details without sellers signature but need a statutory declaration signed by the current owner and witnessed by a solicitor...which is not cheap!
