A god damn shitland
Three lines of electric tape, as tight as I could winch them, one BIG energiser, plenty of hay, and company. He stayed there overnight, and most of this morning, then waited til I waded over to top up their water, and casually ducked under the fence-just to show me who's really in charge

As the owner of a piebald.....why is it always the damned piebalds that can work the escape hatches?
I've always had a theory that spotty horses don't have spots-they have holes for the badness to seep out of. Maybe piebalds are similar, but the patches are so big that the badness floods out

I was going to say Shetland as soon as I read the caption to the picture, before I'd even looked at the picture...

Mine's the same. She is black so blends in like a Ninja & operates in stealth mode. And was locked in the hay barn once (not for long) as she sneaked in there & o/h didn't notice & shut the door. Luckily I did a head count & found her before we ended up with a haystack-sized Shetland and no hay...
