Well, my two week ownerversary is coming up tomorrow :o

Last weekend, we went to a show where we took it fairly easy and did two in-hand classes... Delightfully Dapper, which is a fun in-hand condition and turnout class - I got out my western showgear, but couldn't find my parade bridle :( or belt on the day... Never mind, because we won the class :D

Then I sprinted off to change into my English gear (boo...tweed is SO sweaty in humid weather) and we came fourth in Handsomest Gelding.

I am having lots of fun getting to know him and can't wait to spend loads of time with him this weekend...

He looks a nice chap - you have probably previously posted his details but not seen them - is he a registered Appaloosa?
To complete the outfit you need a western show halter (American headcollar complete with silver (metallic) strips to decorate) take a look on Ebay loads on there.
Good luck, Appaloosas are wonderful horses to own - never a dull moment! And possess a great sense of humour. ;)

He's not...breeding is unknown, but there's definitely Appaloosa in there...wispy mane, wispy tail!

My parade bridle is pretty much the same thing - double ear headstall and silver conchos...but I couldn't find the damn thing!
