spraying my field..

About a week ago I sprayed my whole field with pastrol to keep control of the weeds..iv got nettles,fern etc in my field.it says on the bottle to allow 7 days before the horses can return to the field..would I need to remove all the weeds first before letting the horses back on the field?

the weeds haven't grown yet I just sprayed it to prevent them growing any further..

no, they just wither and die, i usually wait a bit longer until there's been plenty of rain.

The only thing I'd dig out is any dead ragwort (as that will still be toxic and more pallitable) - no harm in leaving them off longer but if instructions say 7 days - that should be fine too.
