Thinking of investing in a pair.
I have early-onset arthritis in my knees and have been suggested these as they have more 'spring' than ordinary stirrups.

Also my young horse likes to partake in the odd rodeo  and I'm terrified of my foot getting caught...as he often bolts afterwards.

Really interested in anybody's opinions, or if you have a pair, are they worth the money?

Thanks :)

They make a huge difference to me.
The only downside I can find is that if you lose one I find slighly more difficult to get my foot back in.
the annsurdressage e shop is the cheapest place I have found them .

Brilliant! I have knackered knees and stiff ankles, but my legs never hurt at all. The base is wider than other stirrups as well, so comfy underfoot too. I have had an incident when horse bogged off before I was fully on, and foot just popped out of stirrup! Got mine from 'horse heaven' shop on eBay, as run by Annadresseur. Best price as mentioned before - they even do bronze now! Expensive but worth every penny!
