Sprenger Bow Balance stirrups - review?

Now I use regular stirrups like the fillis stirrups. However my knees sometimes ache during riding.
Now I'm thinking about buying the Sprenger Bow Balance stirrups. I would use them for show jumping and competing (around 4 ft). Are they good ones? Are they good for jumping, are they reliable over jumps? My foal likes to jump way higher then he has to and sometimes my heels go up if I don't shorten the leather.

I love mine I use to get sore knees but don't since I bought a pair. Fab for jumping I feel very secure. For me they were worth the money so much so I now have two pairs one for each saddle

Wouldn't ride in anything else now. No more sore knees, hips, ankles. Have them on 2 saddles but not dressage saddle (yet)

I use mine for jumping/xc and really like them.
If you search on here you'll find loads of threads about them.

My daughter has them, she got them when she was Eventing, and she thinks they are fantastic and feels very secure.

Another thumbs up here - my knees have been bad since I was 19 & these have helped with aches and pains! I use them for hacking, jumping & XC, they feel very secure for jumping - I wish I had a 2nd pair for my dressage saddle but I do alot of without stirrups work when riding in it which helps!
