(discounted from£135!) Are they really worth that?! Was thinking about getting some with the student loan next month but now Im starting to rethink

I rode in a pair of them for the first time this morning and I definitely felt a difference in them and bog-standard ones - although someone a bit smarter than me could probably tell you why they feel nicer to ride in!
I'm not sure I'd pay £125 for a pair of stirrups, although if I win the lottery tonight I might!

Non branded flexi stirrups off ebay £18.99.
I love them, thought i'd try them first before investing but i think they will last me a good while yet.

Copies are rubbish in comparision.

I paid about £85-90 for my Sprengers, and they are 6 years old, still going strong.

Buy some flexi stirrups for £15. They may not be as good but they are better than non flexi's and a lot cheaper!!!

Totally agree with this, i bought a cheaper pair, think they were about £30 but they are fab, it depends on if you are happy and have the money to spend on the top brand flexi stirrups

Mine were about £90, though I have to admit that they are worth more lol. They've made a real difference to how my legs feel after a ride - ankles hardly ache at all. I want to get some for daughter to help her wonky knees.

I haven't tried the copies, have the proper ones (a great present) I love them, I find the benefits really show in school or on long hacks. I really love them.

I got the copies a few months ago and think they are really good. It took a few days t oget used to them. Perhaps if I had tried the sprenger ones, i would prefer them but i think the flexi ones are a good buy.

I love my sprengers

Yes, you can get cheaper versions (I have some for whomever is riding in my other saddle), but the proper ones are definitely worth it

My daughter swears by her sprengers - says wouldn't ride in anything else! She has quite "iffy" joints and has managed to acquire a pair for each saddle now, to avoid swapping all the time. I have also ridden in them, and my ancient knees and ankles said "thank you very much!".
