Spring fever! In Autumn?

Anyone else’s horses bucking and bouncy since the grass came through! Buckaroo Connie this afternoon. Not too scary luckily as was cantering up hill!

Mine are normally quite fizzy at this time of year but I think they're catching up on grass eating!

Yep - most horses on our yard have been super fresh over the last week!

Our fields are very green but pony is quite lethargic at the minute. She’s been clipped today and was pretty chill to ride afterwards. We are hacking tomorrow in company though so we’ll see how that pans out!

Bisto was certainly very bonny to ride over the weekend and this morning they were off their trollies to turn out. You would think that with 5 of the 6 of them being in their 20s that they had got over silly behaviour ...

I always had my best rides at this time of year fueled by a bit of grass flush.

Yes! This is so real, grass flush paired with chilly weather and mine have lost their minds!
