Spring certainly was NOT in the air last night with us last night ... Hoss looked rather unimpressed following a 40 min schooling session in pretty heavy sideways rain

Spring is definitely in the air if Skylla last night was anything to go by! However, I will forgive her as she hasn't been ridden in a while and in my eyes she is still a baby horse at rising 7 (just how has she got to 7

Now... if i had to offer any advise..
I would suggest you need to tense up through your entire body as you look far to relaxed. Straighten your arms as they look far too steady and soft, ideally you want them flapping about with every stride. Also you could try not looking where you are going and focusing on what is going on in that tree you have just past Obviously i'm being silly 
You both look beautiful, one day i hope i can ride half as good as that.
I've never seen a saddle like that (in my naivety) What is it? a Western English cross?

Ha ha! It's a baroque saddle made by Deuber, the model is a Buckeburg Amarant, adjustable with an allen key and very comfortable for horse & rider. The mare is rising seven and has only done about 6 months work; she'll start doing displays later on this year, all going well.
