I have decided to look for a home for my springer, its a shame but lately i dont have the time for her

shes 18 months old, liver and white, typical springer - full of energy, ideally she should be exercised twice per day but am struggling to find time to take her out once a day and even then its short bursts in the garden:( its just not fair to her.
Am in the shropshire area, does anyone know of anyone who may be interested in taking her? pref a home who has had springers before and knows what to expect.

What a shame I didn't know sooner.

I'm having a new Cocker puppy in two weeks and live on the Staffs/Cheshire/Shropshire border. I'd have happily taken on your little girl had she come up for re-homing sooner.

OH has rightly pointed out that until I have my new working hours confirmed (being made redundant as of 31st December) we're not in a position to guarantee a good home.

There is a spaniel rescue in Staffordshire/Cheshire - Mr Powell on 01782 410399.

Well after much debating i have decided to keep her, so long as i can take her down the woods everyday to burn that energy off her i think i can keep her happy

Seeing all the replys made my stomache turn over at the thought of giving her up, even though she can be a pain in the a**e at times!!
Took her out down our woods today, she was out for 4 hours whilst i did jump maintenance. She had the run of the whole 63 acres of wood!! she came in at 5 had her dinner and has since been snoozing and very quiet since, i think i managed to burn her out!! makes a change as she has sooooooo much energy!
