Spurs advice please

I've got a pair of 25mm POW spurs, but my RI has suggested I get a longer pair so that I can keep my leg stiller (I'm a bit big for the hoss, so am currently bringing my legs back to use them). However after a bit of research I'm totally confused with too much choice

What's the difference between swan neck, 40mm POW spurs, and long neck dressage spurs (also 40mm)????

Swan neck is moulded upwards like a swans neck.

Never used long spurs like these, so no idea what the ridden difference is, only that I would expect the swan necks to jab much more than regular ones?
