I'm looking at buying some of these, because I'm currently unable to lift wooden poles.

Does anybody have experience with them, and know how they stand up to being trodden on, left in the rain, etc.? Any recommendations for particularly sturdy brands?

I have used some.

First time BH trod on one, the ends lifted and attacked him. We launched skywards 🫣 and it was a while before he wanted to do them again. Then he got over himself. He wasn't hurt.

They do blow more in the wind. One of his first jumping sessions was more interesting because of this 🤣

I have some, and have had them for about 5 years. They are stored outside and have held up absolutely fine. No problem with them being stood on etc and they are still brightly coloured.
I don't use them as much now as horse quickly realised he could just stand on them/kick them rather then lift his legs. Bit they still come in handy for ground lines for jumps
