Is it somewhere you are looking for that both you and pony can stay, or just for the pony?
I am local to the area and will help you find somewhere if i can.
TBH, i cant think of anywhere that is a set up horse B&B that also provides accomadation for the horses owner. Some yards may do it as a one off but not so sure really.
I'm guessing you will want somewhere withing hacking distance to the beach? for that you could also consider the moss. when i was stabled there we used to hack to the beach. If you wanted to hack there my livery yard would be too far away for you but i do know a few of the other yard owners.
