Hi has anyone any experience with these feeds?

I've just discovered them and the research into the feeds looks very impressive as to the recommendations. But then is it just well marketed and could I find the same results for cheaper?

Particularly interested in the Equiguard for a Cushings sufferer.

Many thanks x x

I have three of mine on Equiguard, it has a published research paper and it was very impressive, my friend who runs a dressage yard has put her whole yard on it and it has also helped her horses with ulcers, you actually feed less of it than you would a normal food, so, although it seems expensive it does not work out so in the long run. So far I am seriously impressed :)

ETA: The starch levels are 2% and the sugar only 6%!

Thanks for the reply, that's what I've heard. If you don't mind me asking how much is it costing you? Say for an average month?

Really interested in hearing more about this feed as I have seen the website and research. My horse has Cushings so anything that could possibly help must be worth investigating. Where do you buy your Equiguard from please?

I can get it from my local feed merchant who gets it from H&F feeds. I think I'll give it a go and see if its worth the money!
