I use them on a night as roos legs used to swell up on a night. And they are much better when bandaged.
Roo Will have to come in at about 2pm today until about half 8 in the morning
is there a maximum time they should be worn or Will it be ok to do it straight away this afternoon

My horse has padding and stable bandages on her back legs each night to give support as her legs puff up. Never had a problem...vet advises it!

as long as you are using a pad underneath (prolite ones, or fibergee, or the premier equine ones are all great) then you should be fine for a max of 24 hours, then minimum 1/2 hour off before they go back on again.

make sure the pressure is even all the way down, and that they are secured so that she can't take them off!

Thanks for all answers
Turned out she didnt need to be in so early.
One of the girls brought her in at same time as hers so between 4 and 5. And then I got there at about 8 to give her her tea and bandage her legs (which were already swollen until I got magnet boots on for half an hour)

I do use fibergee underneath my bandages :)
