Hi all,
Does anyone have personal experience with companies that do ground work and build stables who would cover the New Forest area?
I'm in the process of buying a new place on the boundary of the New Forest, so planning may be an issue (people with experience of this would be a plus) but what I'd like to do is add a couple of internal stables in the existing hay-barn (I'd use a different outbuilding to store hay and straw. I'm also thinking of a couple of mobile stables.
I would need some ground work done even in the hay barn as the ground is not level - the hay doesn't mind but it wouldn't be good for the horses. I'd still need work done for the mobile stables because the places where they'd fit are on a slope.
I've tried the places that advertise in NFED, but they either don't answer the phone at all, or don't respond to messages I leave, so if anyone has personal experience with a company that may like the business, I'd be grateful if you could let me know.
