Stable equipment for new build

Can anyone recommend a "one stop shop" for stable equipment: hooks, saddle racks etc. Nowhere seems to have everything I need to kit out new stables. Not a huge number worthy of bulk buying but enough for two horses. I already have a shelving unit.

Also (and happy to get these from another supplier) rubber mats, I need 12 and a local company has priced these up at just under £400.

Depends where you are.
Both my local big feed suppliers would have all you need, from barrows to tie rings, bolts, bridle and saddle racks and hooks, rug rails etc etc. One stocks 3 grades of rubber matting, the other only the one type of mat.
Even local tack shop stocks much of what you list except matting and barrows!

Look up agricultural merchants and check out tack shops.
