I know there are a few similar posts but I can't find any listing companies which are recent (if I've been blind please link me!)

I've taken over a yard with 16 boxes and I'm getting fed up to the back teeth with the rubber matting in half of them - half the stables (they are arranged in two blocks) are fine, but in the other half all the rubber matting is lifting up and driving me nuts! I use sawdust for bedding and it gets under it and once they have lifted once they NEVER go back properly...

I'm looking into other solutions like pour-on rubber etc but don't know which companies would be best to use. Happy to do a DIY job - have a fantastic handy man and between him, myself, and my other half we can do a proper job of it but don't want to rush and get the wrong thing! Whatever I get needs to last a couple of years, and nearly all the horses are shod so needs to be durable enough to cope with horses on top of it. Some are on box rest as I take in a few rehab cases on livery, so needs to be able to cope with 24/7 use at times!!

Any suggestions?

I've had 25mm thick EVA cow mats down in two stables for 13 years and they are still perfect.

Professionally installed and tightened up at the edges with wedges of the rubber..

I know I haven't exactly answered your question OP but that's my experience for what its worth.

Well I think the ones in my main block of stables were fitted much better as have no trouble with them lifting etc, but have got some quotes about poured rubber now - £49/square metre if anyone else comes across this thread and wants to know! (that's for them to come and install it properly) - so time for me to get measuring! Will probably try with the worst stables first and see how it goes....
