Stable hay box/ slow feeder - messy eater

Hi , has anyne any recommendations on any of these. I found the Haylo Horse feeder but it's pricey. I have seen boxes with a mesh grill over the top bit they seem to be in the USA.

I don't want to use a haynet or have the option to put a haybar up (I think the hay would still get pulled out into the bed - same with a wooden corner manger type thing on the floor. Curremtly using a big plastic tub but horse likes to burrow and make holes in hay. Hay is givien in slices so just wondering if shaking it out might stop him from 'rearranging' it ?

I think metal mesh is bad for the teeth.
My horse has a fixed wooden bin in the stable. Not much is wasted as she is tidy but she still pulls the hay on to the floor.

I use a big wooden crate and just tie a haynet in it. Its a very large holed haynet so the hay is easy to get out, but it doesnt get flung all over. Much cheaper than any of the pre made ones I looked at.
