I ordered and paid for a mirror last Tuesday 12th from them and still do not have my mirror. I have rang and emailed them countless times and left 2 messages and have heard nothing. Has anyone else had the problem with them? Does anyone have an advise as I am running out of ideas?
 
Yes I had exactly the same problem. Ordered mirror, it never arrived, tried to contact them through emails and phone. They never answer the phone and they never replied to my emails.

Luckily I had paid through Paypal so was able to go through them to get my money back. You start by sending a message through paypal to them and if that doesn't work they try to contact them and eventually they will get your money back.

I don't know how companies like this are able to keep in business :mad:
 
Omg this is ridiculous. They have a proper legit looking website and are terrible customer service and obviously a scam. I have raised a case through paypal obviously looks like I am going to have to raise a claim. Such a waste of my time! Anywhere safe I can get a mirror for future reference?
 
I think they have been mentioned on here for poor service possibly even ceasing trading, try a search.

My local saddlery sell mirrors so it's worth asking yours if they can order you one maybe
